UNITED METHODIST TEMPLE - WOMEN

 The purpose of the United Methodist Women:

 The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community

of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience

freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ;

to develop a creative, supportive fellowship;

and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church."

     Along with having general meetings of the United Methodist Women on a monthly basis,

there are several smaller groups that meet regularly.

For more details and  contact information call the church office (299-1898):

United Methodist Women meet in the Fellowship Hall of the

United Methodist Temple Church, on the second Wednesday of each month,

with the exception of January, February, July and August.

 These luncheon meetings start at 12:30 with a simple lunch, cost $7:00 prepared by

Theresa Camp & Christine Young.

All profits from lunch will go into the UMW treasury to supplement missions funds.

           Mary-Martha Circle
The Mary-Martha Circle meets regularly on the second Monday of each month.

The time of the meetings may vary.

 This circle was created to meet the needs of those women

who were unable to meet during the day.
