finding God in life and community...

Our wonderful puppeteers and junior propateer answer a few questions about themselves.

What you plan to do after college?

Beth: I would like to be a veterinarian

Alicia: I am undecided - I would like to do something with art, cooking, computers or math (so many choices!!!)

Carly: I have no clue what I want to pursue during college so it's hard to say what I'll do afterwards. Right now, I aspiring to become a godly person who cares about others.

Why you joined the Sowers of the Word Puppeteers?

Beth: I joined the Sowers of the Word Puppeteers because I heard from my sister Carly how great it was. I think that the Sowers have a really great mission to preach to children. The shows are all so cute and make learning about God fun

Alicia: I joined because my sister Carly would come home so happy after practice and she would always do a great job at the shows that when I was invited to join, I gladly accepted! This is really great ministry and very fun, too - everyone is a pleasure to work with!!!

Carly: My sisters and I used to have our own little puppet shows - just using Beanie Babies and nothing fancy. But I always enjoyed doing that, which is why I jumped at the chance of usingreal puppets and having a live audience. I joined for old times sake and for the sake of new,fun adventures.

Liam: I would like to be a veterinarian

Eleanor: I would like to be a veterinarian

What is your favorite puppet and why?

Beth: My favorite puppet is chicken. I love his cute, feathery wings and beady eyes.

His comb is cute, too.

Alicia: I like the animal puppets (the chicken, ducks, other birds, the whale, and all the other ones, too). They are so cute and they have a lot of personality that adds to the show.

Carly: I am a huge fan of the chicken puppet. It has such a personality and it really has taken on a life of it's own.

Liam: I would like to be a veterinarian

Eleanor: I would like to be a veterinarian

What is your favorite puppet show and why?

Beth: my favorite puppet show is David and Goliath. I think that it is one of the funniest ones we perform, especially with the "fe-fi-fo" giant from Jack and the Beanstalk.

Alicia: My favorite puppet show is probably the Easter Show. I loved the little bird puppets in their nest and when they sang "I'll Fly Away".

Carly: It's hard to go wrong with David and Goliath. The story is fantastic to begin with and the puppets interact with each other so well.

Liam: I would like to be a veterinarian

Eleanor: I would like to be a veterinarian
